Knock Sensor: Testing and Inspection

KNOCK SENSOR (KS) INSPECTION [MZR 2.5]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement

2. Disconnect the KS connector.

3. Measure the resistance between KS terminals A and B.






- If not as specified, replace the KS. Service and Repair

- Approx. 4.87 megohms [ECT: 25 °C {77 °F}]
