DTC  Security light flashing pattern  23  ID number data in instrument cluster and PCM do not match

POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • The immobilizer system-related parts have not been programmed after replacing the PCM
  • Instrument cluster malfunction
  • PCM malfunction
