Body Control Module (BCM) Removal/Installation

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the front scuff plate (driver-side). See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
- Remove the front side trim (driver-side). See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
- Disconnect the connector at the position shown in the figure
- Remove tab A as shown in the figure, pull the fuse block in the direction of the arrow (1), and remove tab B.
- Remove the fuse block.
- Disconnect the connector at the position shown in the figure.
- Remove the nut, then detach the tab to remove the BCM from the body.
- Disconnect the connector at the position shown in the figure.
- Detach the clips and remove the vehicle wiring harness.
- Remove the BCM.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
