Oil Pressure Switch Inspection
- Perform the DTC inspection using the M-MDS. (Refer to ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST
.)
- If DTC P0520:00 or P0524:00 is detected, repair the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (Refer to DTC P0520:00 .) (Refer to DTC P0524:00 .)
- Inspect the engine oil pressure. (Refer to OIL PRESSURE INSPECTION
.)
- If the engine oil pressure is normal, replace the oil pressure switch. (Refer to ENGINE OIL SOLENOID VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
