Resistance inspection

NOTE:
  • The MAP sensor and IAT sensor No. 2 cannot be removed as a single unit. When replacing the IAT sensor No. 2, replace the MAP sensor/IAT sensor No. 2.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the MAP sensor/IAT sensor No. 2. (Refer to MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE (MAP) SENSOR/INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE (IAT) SENSOR NO. 2 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Measure the resistance between MAP sensor/IAT sensor No. 2 terminals A and B.
