Continuity Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Disconnect the fuel pump unit connector. (Refer to FUEL PUMP UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Inspect for continuity between fuel pump unit terminals A-B.

- If there is no continuity, replace the fuel pump unit. (Refer to FUEL PUMP UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
