Drive Selection Switch Removal/Installation

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the selector lever knob. (Refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the shift panel. (Refer to SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Turn over the removed shift panel and remove the boots from the securing parts shown in the figure.

Remove in the order indicated in the table.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
