Power Outer Mirror Removal/Installation: Notes

Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the following parts:
1. Inner garnish (See INNER GARNISH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Front door trim (See FRONT DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Front door speaker (See FRONT DOOR SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the service hole and remove hooks in the direction of arrow.

Disconnect the connector.
Remove bolts.

Pull the power outer mirror in the direction of the arrow while remove clips, pins.
CAUTION:
- If clip of the power outer mirror is detached, the power outer mirror may fall off and be damaged. When detaching clip of the power outer mirror, hold the power outer mirror by hand during the servicing.
Remove the power outer mirror.
Install in the reverse order of removal. (See POWER OUTER MIRROR INSTALLATION NOTE .)
