DTC B1D9B-14; Front Roof Link Motor (LH) Circuit Malfunction: Notes

Description Front roof link motor (LH) circuit malfunction
Detection condition
  • The retractable fastback control module cannot receive a signal from the front roof link motor (LH) while the front roof link motor (LH) is operating.
Fail-safe
  • Stops retractable fastback operation
Possible cause
  • Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals:
    • Retractable fastback control module terminal 2H and front roof link motor (LH) terminal A
    • Retractable fastback control module terminal 2D and front roof link motor (LH) terminal E
    • Retractable fastback control module terminal 1B and DC-DC converter (i-ELOOP) terminal 4A
  • CABIN+ 50 A fuse malfunction
  • RHT L 30A fuse malfunction
  • Short to ground in wiring harness between the following terminals:
    • Retractable fastback control module terminal 2H and front roof link motor (LH) terminal A
    • Retractable fastback control module terminal 2D and front roof link motor (LH) terminal E
  • Retractable fastback control module malfunction
  • Front roof link motor (LH) malfunction
