Resistance inspection

NOTE:

The MAP sensor and IAT sensor No. 2 cannot be removed as a single unit. When replacing the IAT sensor No. 2, replace the MAP sensor/IAT sensor No. 2.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the MAP sensor/IAT sensor No. 2. (See Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor/Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor NO. 2 Removal/Installation .)
Measure the resistance between MAP sensor/IAT sensor No. 2 terminals A and B.

- If not as specified, replace the MAP sensor/IAT sensor No. 2. (See Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor/Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor NO. 2 Removal/Installation .)
