EGR Valve Operation Inspection

Verify that the MAP sensor is normal. (See Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Inspection .)
Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.
Start the engine.
Access the following PCM PIDs using the M-MDS. (See On-Board Diagnostic Test .)
- SEGRP
- SEGRP_DSD
Verify the SEGRP PID value when the simulation item SEGRP_DSD increases from 0% to 100%.
- If the SEGRP does not operate:
  - Perform the EGR valve resistance inspection. (See EGR Valve Inspection .)
