Sensor Cover Removal/Installation

NOTE:
  • There are two types of the sensor cover. Verify the sensor cover shape before performing the procedures.

Type A

  1. Pull the sensor cover A in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach tab A of sensor cover A and sensor cover B.

  2. Pull the sensor cover A in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, detach the tab B and pin for sensor cover A and the base, and remove the sensor cover A from the base.
  3. Remove the wiring harness from the hook.

  4. Pull the sensor cover B in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, detach the tab and pin for sensor cover B and the base, and remove the sensor cover B from the base.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Type B

  1. Pull sensor cover A in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, detach tabs A, B and pin, and remove sensor cover A from the base.

  2. Pull sensor cover B in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, detach the pin and tab, and remove sensor cover B from the base.

  3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
