Power Window Sub Switch Removal/Installation: Front

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
Affix the protective tape to the position shown in the illustration to prevent scratches and damage.

Using a remover tool, remove the tab shown in the illustration.

Move the power window sub switch component in the direction of the arrow and detach the guide.

Disconnect the connector.

Remove the power window sub switch component from the front door trim.
Using a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver, move the power window sub switch cover end in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the illustration, and detach the tab while moving the power window sub switch in the direction of arrow (2).

Detach the tabs in the same manner as Step 8.

Remove the power window sub switch from the power window sub switch cover.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
