Hood Latch Removal/Installation: Notes

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
Remove the upper face. (See UPPER FACE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
Disconnect the connector.

Disconnect the hood release cable.

Remove the bolts.
Remove the hood latch. (See HOOD LATCH INSTALLATION NOTE .)
Install in the reverse order of removal.
