SUNVISOR Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
  2. Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the position shown in the figure.

  3. Move the tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, detach the tab, and remove the Sun visor cap.

  4. Remove the screw.

  5. Move the Sun visor in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the hook.

  6. Disconnect the vanity mirror illumination connector.
  7. When removing the center adapter, perform the following procedure:
    1. Using a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver, press the center adapter tab in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure, and remove the center adapter in the direction of arrow (2).

  8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
