Front Ultrasonic Sensor Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
  2. Remove the upper face. (See UPPER FACE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
  3. Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
  4. Disconnect the connectors.

  5. Pull the front ultrasonic sensor in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure while pulling the front ultrasonic sensor bracket tabs in the direction of arrows (1), detach the front ultrasonic sensor from front ultrasonic sensor bracket, and remove the front ultrasonic sensor.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  7. Perform the 360° view monitor system aiming. (with 360° view monitor system) (See 360°VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AIMING .)
  8. Perform the front radar sensor aiming adjustment. (with front radar sensor) (See FRONT RADAR SENSOR AIMING .)
  9. Perform the front side radar sensor aiming adjustment. (with front side radar sensor) (See FRONT SIDE/REAR SIDE RADAR SENSOR AIMING .)
