Front Console Box Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Selector lever knob (ATX) (See AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Shift panel (See SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Pull the front console box in the direction of the arrow and remove it while detaching clips and pin.

  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
