Power Window Sub-Switch Removal/Installation: Rear-side

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the rear door trim. (See REAR DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Detach the tabs at the positions shown in the figure from the rear door trim using a remover tool, and remove the power window sub-switch component.

  4. Move the power window sub-switch cover end in the order of arrows (1) and (2) shown in the figure using a remover tool and detach the tabs from the power window sub-switch cover.

  5. Remove the power window sub-switch in the direction of the arrow (3) shown in the figure.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
