Connector Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Disconnect the applicable connector.
    NOTE:
    • For the connector disconnection procedure, refer to the removal/installation procedure for each part.
  3. Inspect the applicable connector for the following: (See ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .)
    • Connector engagement and connection condition
    • Damage, deformation, corrosion, or disconnection of terminal
    • If there is any malfunction, repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
