- Improper indication of low engine coolant temperature indicator light and/or high engine coolant temperature warning light
- ECT sensor No. 1 malfunction
- Instrument cluster malfunction
- Cooling fan system malfunction
- Thermostat malfunction (stuck at fully open)
- Foreign material penetration in engine coolant
