With i-stop System
NOTE:
- The i-stop OFF switch is integrated with the cluster switch No. 1.
- For the i-stop OFF switch removal/installation, refer to CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION. (See CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.
- Perform the DTC inspection for the instrument cluster. (See DTC INSPECTION .)
- If DTCs are detected, repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.
- If DTCs are not detected, go to the next step.
- Access the PCM PID [I-STOP_OFF_SW] using the M-MDS. (See PID/DATA MONITOR INSPECTION .)
Test condition Data contents (I-STOP_OFF_SW) i-stop OFF switch is pressed On Except above Off - If not within the specification, replace the cluster switch No. 1. (See CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
