Power Window System Initialization Procedure

NOTE:
  • If the following operations have been performed, the initial settings are reset, and auto operation is disabled. Therefore, performing the initial setting is necessary.
    • Replace the door-electrical supply unit
    • Manual open/close operation is performed several dozen times using the power window main switch or the power window subswitch without fully closing the door glass
    • Door glass is closed for approx. 2 s with the power window motor connector disconnected
  1. Switch the ignition ON (engine on or off).
  2. Operate the power window main switch or power window subswitch to fully open the door glass for which auto operation is disabled.
  3. Pull up the power window main switch or power window subswitch to the top position to fully close the door glass, and keep holding the switch up at the position for approx. 2 s or more.
