Resistance Inspection
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Disconnect the engine oil pressure sensor/engine oil temperature sensor connector. (See ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR/ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5T] .)
- Measure the resistance between engine oil pressure sensor/engine oil temperature sensor terminals E and C.
- If not as specified, replace the engine oil pressure sensor/engine oil temperature sensor. (See ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR/ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5T] .)
