- Remove Cover Assembly (Passenger's Side)
- Disconnect Negative Lead-Acid Battery Terminal
- Remove Driver Side Air Bag Module
- Remove Steering Wheel
- Remove Steering Shift Switch
- Remove Steering Wheel Cover
- Remove Steering Switch/Cruise Control Switch
- Install in Reverse Order of Removal
- Perform Power Liftgate Initialization
- Initialize Power Outer Mirror Retract/Return Function
