Windshield Wipers Inoperative

If windshield wipers are completely inoperative, check the following and repair as necessary:

• Voltage supply to circuits 15R and 31. Perform TEST 3  and TEST 8  under SYSTEM TESTS.
• Check wiper switch portion of combination switch. Perform TEST 9  under SYSTEM TESTS.
• Check combination control module wiper switch circuit and wiper motor circuit 31. Perform TEST 11  and TEST 14 under SYSTEM TESTS.
