IMPORTANT Information For Current DOS-Based System Users:

DaimlerChrysler AG (Stuttgart) support for the DOS-based systems is scheduled to be phased out. This is being done due to limited memory available of these machines to accommodate the specified data of new vehicle models and the lack of network capability. Windows-based equipment will be supported exclusively in the future.

DCAG and MBUSA are working with the manufacturers of the DOS-based systems to offer upgrades to Windows-based systems (hardware and software). Upgrade packages and offers are available by contacting your specific Alignment Equipment manufacturer directly.

2.0 Windows Based Systems  can run the CD directly in the aligner console.

In the USA, this applies to:

  1. 2.1  Beissbarth: models ML5001 and 81TECH.
  2. 2.2  Hunter: models HTA-MB and HTA-MB-R.
  3. 2.3  John Bean: model V9
  4. 2.4  Hofmann: models 680-MB and 780-MB.
