Switching off heated seats, function - GF91.30-P-2001GH

MODEL 163 up to 30.11.99 with CODE (873) Left and right front heated seats 

The front heated seats can be switched off with the left front switch (S51/1)  or right front switch (S51/2)  or automatically by the all-activity module (AAM) (N10)  .

Switching off heated seat in heating stage I 

The heated seat is switched off when

• The all-activity module, circuit 61e, recognizes that the engine is off or
• Heating stage I is actuated again or
• The maximum switch-on time of 20 min. has expired (the switch-on time is controlled via timer elements in the all-activity module).

Switching off heated seat in heating stage II 

The heated seat is switched off when

• The all-activity module, circuit 61 e, recognizes that the engine is off or
• Heating stage II is actuated again or
• It is recognized that the voltage is too low.

The heated seats are switched over  from heating stage II to heating stage I under the following conditions:

• Heating stage I is actuated (switch-over to heating stage I) or
• Expiration of maximum switch-on time off 5min. (Switch-on time is controlled by timer elements in the all-activity module (AAM) (N10).
