Switching off heated seats, function - GF91.30-P-2001GK

MODEL 163 as of 1.12.99 with CODE (873) Electrically heated left and right front seats 

The heated seat for the front seats can be switched off with the left front heated seat switch (S51/1)  or the right front heated seat switch (S51/2)  or automatically by the extended activity module (EAM, N10/1)  .

Switching off heating mode from heating stage I 

The heated seats are switched off when

• the extended activity module circuit 61e recognizes "Engine off" or
• heating stage I is actuated again or
• the maximum switch-on time of 20 minutes has expired. (The switch-on time is controlled by timer modules in the extended activity module).

Switching off heating mode from heating stage II 

The heated seats are switched off when

• the extended activity module circuit 61e recognizes "Engine off" or
• heating stage II is actuated again or
• voltage is too low.

The heated seats are switched from  heating stage II to heating stage I under the following conditions:

• heating stage I is actuated (switching over to heating stage I) or
• the maximum switch-on duration of 5 minutes has expired. (The switch-on time is controlled by timer modules in the extended activity module (EAM, N10/1).
