Testing Procedure

Connect DVOM between ME-SFI control module connector "A" terminal No. 8 (socket box terminal No. 8) and ME-SFI control module connector "D" terminal No. 16 (socket box terminal No. 48). Turn ignition on. Voltage should be less than one volt. If voltage is okay, test is complete. If voltage is not okay, possible causes are wiring harness failure or check and diagnose trouble codes in air bag system.
