Injector Spray Pattern

Connect jumper wire between ME-SFI control module connector "A" terminal No. 3 and ME-SFI control module connector "C" terminal No. 29 (socket box terminals No. 3 and 21). Turn ignition on. Hold fuel injectors one at a time in a container. Briefly actuate injector using a shop-made test wiring harness between socket box terminals No. 3 (-) and 2 (+). Observe fuel injector spray pattern. See Fig 1 . If fuel injector spray pattern is okay, test is complete. If fuel injector spray pattern is not okay, possible cause is faulty fuel injector. Repair or replace as necessary.
