SERVICE INFORMATION

• MMI	- Man Machine Interface
• HU	- Head Unit
• IC	- Instrument Cluster
• ECall2	- Emergency-Call-2 Tele Aid
• CP	- Communication Platform Tele Aid
• Service Call Status (1 State)	- The display shows only that a Tele Aid service call is active but not the individual stages of the service call
• Service Call Status (3 States)	- The display shows the individual stages of the service call such as "Call Connecting", "Call Connected" and "Call Failed"
• Volume Control	- Whether the volume control dial on the MMI Component has control over the volume of the Tele Aid service call; The default Tele Aid volume settings can additionally be set/modified through the DAS tool.
• Hang Up	- Whether the customer can terminate a Tele Aid Info/Road Side Call (Ignition has to be ON). SOS can only be terminated by the operator.
• Tel. Menu (Address Book, SMS...)	- Whether the MMI Component has any access to the Telephone Address Book, SMS. When using Bluetooth Mobile Adaptor only restricted features available in the MMI component. Please refer to the corresponding Bluetooth Adaptor User Guide
• Tele Aid Defective	- Whether the "TELE AID DEFECTIVE VISIT WORKSHOP" is displayed on the MMI component when the Tele Aid becomes defective.
• Info/RD/SOS String	- There is only a string like "Info/RD/SOS" displayed on the MMI component during the Tele Aid service calls.
• "Mute" or "Wait" String	- There is only a "Mute" or "Wait" string displayed on the MMI component during the Tele Aid service calls.
• MY	- Model Year
• Menu Buttons on STW	- Whether customer can select different IC menus (Radio, Tel, etc.) through the steering wheel buttons during a service call. Ignition has to be ON.
• R Button	- Button on the instrument cluster (IC) to remove warnings from the display.
• Tele Aid Not Active/ Expires Soon	- Display message on the MMI component indicating that the Tele Aid service is not active or it is going to expire soon.
• CP Telephony IC Menu	- Menu on the instrument cluster to display the hands free telephone operations of the communication platform.
