Performing Chassis Alignment Check
- Drive vehicle onto electronic alignment system. Unlock rotary and sliding plates. Install brake pedal winch on brake pedal. Attach measuring heads to each wheel. Perform initial measurements.
- Check vehicle level at front and rear axle and adjust as necessary. See RIDING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS .
- Perform alignment procedure as follows:
- Check and adjust toe-in at rear axle. See CHECK & ADJUST REAR TOE ANGLE .
- Check camber and caster at rear axle. See CHECK & ADJUST CAMBER & CASTER AT REAR AXLE .
- Check camber and caster at front axle. See CHECK & ADJUST CAMBER & CASTER AT FRONT AXLE .
- Check and adjust toe-in at front axle. See CHECK & ADJUST FRONT TOE ANGLE .
- Recheck alignment measurement.
- Remove alignment equipment from vehicle. Test drive vehicle.
