Wheel Alignment Specifications

WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS

Application Specification Range
Front Axle Caster (1) See Fig 1 ....
Front Axle Camber (2) See Fig 2 ....
Front Axle Toe-In 0° 20' +/-10'
Front Axle Toe-Out On Turns (3) 2° 06' +/-30
Rear Axle Camber (4) See Fig 3 ....
Rear Axle Caster (4) See Fig 4 ....
Rear Axle Toe-In 0° 20' +/-7'
(1) Check caster, assign tabular value. Measure with inside wheel turned through 20°. Refer to illustration and match with a value in table.
(2) Measure front axle riding height. Check camber, assign a value. Refer to appropriate illustration.
(3) Toe-Out On Turns with inside wheel turned through 20°.
(4) Check rear axle camber and caster, assign tabular value. Refer to illustration and match with a value in table.
