NOTE:
Diagnostic information applies to 2001-02 models with 3.2L engine (No. 112), equipped with Motor Electronics Sequential Fuel Injection (ME-SFI). Diagnostic information in this article does not apply to all models with engine number 112. Diagnostic information for 2.6L engine (No. 112) is not available. Use DTC identification to identify possible cause. Some diagnostic information is identified by chassis/model number. See MODEL IDENTIFICATION . To further understand DTC diagnosis and/or diagnose intermittent failures, see DTC DESCRIPTION under appropriate DTC. If vehicle is experiencing a communication failure (no communication at all), see SYSTEM & COMPONENT TESTING (ENGINE 112) article and perform appropriate tests.
