DTC Description
- Fault Memory & Actuation Of MIL - Fault is stored immediately. MIL is not actuated.
- Frequency Of Testing - Continuous.
- Checked Signal Or Status - Knock sensor signal (comparison value calculated in ME-SFI control module.
- Lower Limit Value - Approximately 0.10 volts.
- Upper Limit Value - Approximately 4.98 volts.
- Test Conditions - Engine at operating temperature, engine speed more than 2000 RPM, engine load more than 40 percent and knock control inactive.
NOTE:
If a fault is present, ignition retarding (for safety) takes place in all cylinders.
