Remove, install O2 sensor - AR07.04-P-0080TI

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects.	Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.	AS00.00-Z-0002-01A
	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of lifting platform and position four support plates at lifting platform support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Risk of injury caused by fingers being pinched or crushed when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, tailgates or sliding roof.	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Open engine hood and move to vertical position	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AR88.40-P-1000T
2	Remove engine trim panel	Only install engine cover after engine test run and leak test.	AR01.10-P-2405TI
3	Remove bottom sections of soundproofing	Remove center and rear soundproofing bottom section. Only install soundproofing bottom section after engine test run and leak test.	AR94.30-P-5300T
4	Detach connector for O2 sensor upstream TWC (G3/2x1)	Remove connector O2 of sensor upstream TWC (G3/2x1) from bracket.
5	Expose electrical line of O2 sensor upstream TWC (G3/2)	Installation: Install new cable ties.
6	Remove engine intake air duct upstream of air filter	Remove only on right-hand side.
7	Remove air filter housing	Remove only on right-hand side.	AR09.10-P-1150TI
8	Unscrew the O2 sensor upstream of TWC [KAT] (G3/2)	Installation: Coat thread of O2 sensor upstream of TWC (G3/2) with heat-resistant lubricant.

		Paste	*BR00.45-Z-1005-06A
9	Install in the reverse order
	Checking
10	Conduct engine test run and check exhaust system for leaks
