Function 

The position of the driver seat is stored key-specific in the driver-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/1).

The EIS [EZS] control unit (N73) converts the currently used key track (depending on the transmitter key) into a memory block number. If key dependency is enabled, there is a standard assignment between the key track and the memory block number as per the following list. This is sent cyclically over the interior CAN.

If key-dependency is switched off in the instrument cluster (A1), all the settings are assigned to memory block number 3. If the key-dependency is switched off, the EIS control unit (N73) transmits only the memory block number 3.

• Outside rearview mirror position
• mirror park position
• Air conditioning settings
• Adjustments in instrument cluster (A1)
• Contour for left dynamic seat, incl. multicontour seat, code 433
