Collision-avoiding seat adjustment function - GF91.29-P-2010T

MODELS 211.0/2 with CODE (242b) Electrically adjustable front passenger seat with memory package (driver seat, steering column, mirrors) collision avoidance with rear seat

Function 

If the rear seat backrest on the front passenger side is unlocked, the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) transmits a signal over the interior CAN to the passenger-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/2).

The seat fore/aft adjustment for the front passenger seat is moved to the 95 % position (150 mm from front stop).

If the seat fore/aft adjustment is in front of this position, then a backward adjustment can only be made up to this position.

If the rear seat backrest is locked again, the seat remains in its current position.

It is not automatically moved back to its default position.

If the rear seat backrest is locked again, the seat fore/aft adjustment is possible over the entire range of adjustment.

The "collision avoidance with rear seat" function is only possible for the front passenger seat.
