Front seat ventilation motors, location The left front (M18/9) and right front seat cushion ventilation motor group (M18/11) are located in the seat cushion (1). The left front seat backrest ventilation motor group (M18/10) and right seat backrest ventilation motor group (M18/12) are located in the seat backrest (2).
Front seat ventilation motors, task Active ventilation of seat cushion and backrest.
Front seat ventilation motors, design The left front seat cushion ventilation motor group (M18/9) and right seat cushion ventilation motor group (M18/11) each consist of three fan motors. The left front seat backrest ventilation motor group (M18/10) and right seat backrest ventilation motor group (M18/12) each consist of two fan motors, which generate an air flow.
Front seat ventilation motors, function The motors in each motor group are connected in parallel. Actuation ensues over the HS [SIH] and seat ventilation control unit (N25/7). The control voltage on the control unit output and thus the speed of each motor group is regulated by means of a blower regulator.
