Remove/install starter - AR15.30-P-7100TX

ENGINE 273 in MODEL 219 

ENGINE 273 (except 273.962) in MODEL 211

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove, install     
NOTES Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts   AH00.00-N-0001-01A
1 Disconnect ground line from battery NOTES Insulate ground line clamp as a protection against unintentional contact of dismounted ground line with ground point of battery.

2 Dismount cable holder (1a) from starter (M1)    
3 Dismount electrical connection terminal 50 (3) at starter (M1) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA15.30-P-1002-01J 
4 Unscrew bolts (4) of starter (M1) and pull the starter (M1) to the front TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA15.30-P-1003-01J 
5 Pull out protective cap (1) and dismantle electrical connection circuit 30 (2) at starter (M1) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA15.30-P-1001-01J 
6 Remove the starter (M1) from the front at the bottom between the steering and the front axle carrier    
7 Check the starter ring gear on the drive plate for wear and damage IMPORTANT Rotate engine at the center bolt, the crankshaft in the direction of rotation.  
8 Install in the reverse order
