	Remove/install
1	Read out variant coding of the ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10)	When replacing ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10).
			AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		Connect up diagnostic system and read data from ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10) in diagnostic system.
2	Detach ground line from battery		AR54.10-P-0003GW
3	Unlock electrical connections (1, 2) and detach from ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10)
4	Remove screw/bolt (3)
5	Pull ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10) out of bracket
6	Install in the reverse order
7	ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10)	When replacing the ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10).
			AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		Transfer the stored variant coding of the previously installed ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10) to the new ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10) using the diagnostic system.
8	Perform basic programming		AR00.19-P-0200GW
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9	Carry out an engine test run
