Remove/Install Alternator - AR15.40-P-5032OGR

	Remove/install
1	Detach ground line from battery		AR54.10-P-0003GZ
	Notes on battery		AH54.10-P-0001-01A
2	Remove upper engine cover	Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.
3	Remove right engine air intake duct upstream of left air filter
4	Remove charge air hose downstream of the charge air cooler		AR09.41-P-8625OGR
5	Partially remove poly-V belt		AR13.20-P-0001OGR
		Only remove poly-V belt from belt pulley on alternator (G2).
6	Remove screw/bolts (3) on alternator (G2)	Screw/bolt, alternator to timing case cover	*BA15.40-P-1001-01D
7	Detach electrical line (1)	To do this pull the alternator (G2) with attached electrical lines to the front.
		Nut, circuit B+ to alternator	*BA15.40-P-1002-01D
8	Disconnect electrical connection (2)

10	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
