Remove/Install Pressure Transducer For Boost Pressure Control - AR07.17-P-7002RKA

NOTES Notes on avoiding damage through contamination and foreign objects   AH00.00-P-5000-01A
REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove upper engine cover    
2 Remove right engine air intake duct upstream of left air filter    
3 Release and disconnect electrical connection (2)    
4 Mark vacuum hoses (4) relative to the respective connections on boost pressure control pressure transducer (6)    
5 Detach vacuum hoses (4) from boost pressure control pressure transducer (6)    
6 Remove screw/bolts (5) and take out boost pressure control pressure transducer (6) upwards    
INSTALLING Install     
7 Transfer marking on the new boost pressure control pressure transducer (6) When replacing the boost pressure control pressure transducer (6).  
8 Insert boost pressure control pressure transducer (6) and screw in screw/bolts (5)    
9 Mount vacuum hoses (4) on connections of the boost pressure control pressure transducer (6) marked during removal    
10 Plug in electrical connection (2) and lock into place    
11 Install right engine air intake duct upstream of air filter    
12 Install upper engine cover    
13 Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04A
14 Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.
Conduct engine test run while checking for proper operation of the engine
Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
