| 1 | Remove Engine air intake duct downstream of air filter. | AR09.10-P-8130MFC | |
| 2 | Release and disconnect electrical connections (1). | ||
| 3 | Remove screws (2). | *BA15.10-P-1001-04A | |
| 4 | Remove the ignition coils (T1/1, T1/2, T1/3, T1/4) together with the spark plug connectors. | To reduce the force required for connection and disconnection of the spark plug connector apply approx. 1 g of spark plug connector grease before installation. Otherwise the spark plug connector will be damaged when removed again. |

| 5 | Check the ignition coils (T1/1, T1/2, T1/3, T1/4) and spark plug connectors for damage. | If there are problems: ↓ Replace corresponding components. |

| 7 | Read out and delete fault memory. | ||
