4	Check electric lines on the on-board electrical system battery (G1) and starter battery ground point (W10) for tight seating and fault-free condition.	If there are problems: ↓ Create tight seating of the electric lines on the on-board electrical system battery (G1) and starter battery ground point (W10).

6	Check that ground strap between transmission mount and body is seated tightly and is in perfect condition.	If there are problems: ↓ Create tight seating of the ground strap between the transmission mount and body.

8	Connect load tester (079) according to connection scheme.

9	Connect current clamp (065) to the electric line (B+) (1).

10	Start engine.
11	Load on-board electrical system battery (G1) with the load tester (079) and check charging current at increased engine speed.	Change the load resistance until the maximum charging current is reached. In doing so the charging voltage must not fall below 12.7 V.
