| 1 | Perform commissioning of the powertrain control unit (N127). | If the powertrain control unit (N127) is being replaced. | |

| 2 | Release front left floor covering from center console and fold back until the powertrain control unit (N127) is accessible. | ||
| 3 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors from powertrain control unit (N127). | ||
| 4 | Release powertrain control unit (N127) from the locks (arrows A) and remove from the bracket. | ||
| 5 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 6 | Connect vehicle diagnosis system, read out fault memory and clear if necessary. | ||
