	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition.
2	Unscrew nuts (1), remove accelerator pedal (2) and place to one side.	Ensure that the wiring harness is not pinched. Otherwise malfunctions of the accelerator pedal (2) can occur.
		Nut, accelerator pedal to firewall	*BA30.20-P-1001-03B
3	Disconnect electrical connector (3).
4	Disconnect electrical connection (4).	Model 205, 222, 253 with code ME05 (HYBRID DRIVE 80KW VARIANT (INCLUDING PLUGIN)) Model 293
5	Remove accelerator pedal (2).	The accelerator pedal (2) must not be disassembled. It can be damaged and must be replaced otherwise.
6	Install in the reverse order
