| 3 | Remove fuel injectors (Y62) from the cylinder head. | If fuel injectors (Y62) are replaced, the transport protective caps on the fuel injectors (Y62) should not be removed until one hour before assembly at the earliest. This prevents leaks. If the fuel injectors (Y62) become stuck, ↓ Remove injection nozzle (Y62). |

Fuel injectors (Y62) must be installed immediately after calibration of the sealing rings (3). The sealing rings (3) swell under the influence of the air humidity and can therefore be damaged during installation. |
