| 1 | Clamp off ground line of on-board electrical system battery (G1). | AR54.10-D-0029TS | |
| 2 | Remove the throttle valve actuator. | AR07.70-D-0005TSC | |
| 3 | Remove poly-V-belt from alternator (G2). | AR13.22-D-1202TSC | |
| 4 | Remove refrigerant compressor and swivel out of working area with connected refrigerant lines. | Engine 274 in model 907 with code HH4 (THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control) Engine 274 in model 907 with code HH9 (Air conditioner, automatic heater control) |

| 5 | Release electrical connector (1) and disconnect. | ||
| 6 | Remove cover (3). | ||

| 8 | Unscrew screw/bolts (4). | AR15.40-D-5032-03TSC | |
It is paramount you keep to the tightening sequence of the screws (4). Damage may occur otherwise. |

| 9 | Remove the alternator (G2). | ||
| 10 | Transfer guide pulley (5). | When replacing alternator (G2). |
