Compass/Mini-Trip Computer: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the overhead console from the headliner.(Refer to REMOVAL  ).
  3. Remove the screws holding Compass Mini-Trip Computer module in the overhead console (Figure ).
  4. Disconnect the CMTC module electrical connector. Depress the retaining tab and pull straight apart.
  5. Remove CMTC module from console assembly.
